THANKS, Zane, for sharing your pictures.

Bye y'all!

Zane & Christine re-enacting the "Rumours" album cover... I love this. I am sending this one to Herbert, who "shot" and did the art design for the "Rumours" album cover.

Zane & Christine (aren't they the cutest?)

Brent, Kevin & Zane

Ted & Kevin (who's having feather issues... I'm sure Stevie's feathers don't fall out)

Bob & Ted. Yes, Bob is cute and fun, but he likes to break beer bottles... Bob - I have a sippy cup with YOUR name on it!

Stevie Nicks Coming Out Party

Hello EVERYONE!

Would you like to see some pics from Saturday night? Let me tell you first... I was a BAD host... My intent was to take a picture of everyone in the top hat (Stevie's signature top hat, that is) BUT the memory card in my camera was full so I could not take even one picture... I am now relying on the guests to send me their pictures. These pictures, of the game/quiz and actual "unveiling" were taken by Tim. He's one sexy bastard. I asked him to send a picture of himself, preferably with his shirt off, so I could post him here for you to see. Anyhoo, I know more pics of the guests are coming my way, but this is me (looking out at 35 people)... Someone referred to this party as a "Stevie Nicks Coming Out Party" which I thought was, well, hysterical.

The lovely Christine, re-enacting Stevie's dance move for the song "Sara" for the quiz category, "Like A Willow I Can Bend." Nice job Christine! (You're the poet in my heart.)

Okay, that's IT. Have a GR-EAT night everyone!

Love -

In Memory

Welcome BACK you dirty bastards. What's UP everyone? Is everyone having a GR-EAT week? "We" hope so!

"We" are still trying to obtain pictures from last Saturday's "unveiling" party. "We" will post them as soon as "we" receive them. I wish I could throw a (Stevie Nicks) party every weekend.

Okay, you all know I like to acknowledge "special" people on their "special" day (when I remember...). Although he is no longer with us, TODAY would have been my Grandfather's 84th birthday. I also no longer have a scanner, so I can't share any more recent photos of him with you, so please enjoy this one (sent to me by my sister) of me, my Grandpa, and cousin Paul (who was a real cry baby whiner), circa a long time ago (at the Wisconsin Dells). This picture makes me laugh... My Grandfather always had a cigarette in his mouth and another in his hand ready to light up. He liked his cigarettes. Anyhoo, HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRANDPA. You are missed.

That's IT for today kids. "We" hope you have a GR-EAT Wednesday.

Peace out - (alright, I don't really know what that means...)

About Last Night...

HAPPY SUNDAY BITCHES!

As you know, "Kev" and about 30 of his "closest" friends "unvelied" the Herbert Worthington photo of Stevie Nicks last night here in the A-T-L. The unveiling was, well, amazing. I have to say, "we" felt Stevie with us...

If YOU attended, I would like to say THANK YOU. I had a GREAT time with each and every one of you. (Send me YOUR pictures!) There were gypsies and white winged doves, as well as a few "priests of nothing." Kudos to ZANE, CHRISTINE and JUNE who really embraced their inner-Stevie. (You were each mystical and enchanting.) Stevie would have been proud.

Herbert also called on Saturday afternoon to say he hoped the party would be a success which meant a LOT to me. Thank you Herbert...

THANKS to Chance for the extra special touch that made the party "special."

I will post more pictures as I get them (these are merely my before and after shots, taken when I had a chance to take pictures, which was before the sun went down).

"We" would also like to say WELCOME to our new friend and reader ROBBIE! Robbie has been "stoppin' in" here at the "Corner" so "we'd" like to officially welcome him (he's hot too...).

Have a GR-EAT Sunday and, as Stevie would say... MUCH LOVE (bitches).

"Kev"

My hat...

Just a sampling of Stevie memorabilia collected over the years.

And here it is, unveiled, under purple spot lights...

P.S. As of yesterday, "Kev" (still ME) has lost a total of (drum roll please) 40 pounds! I actually wore the very FIRST Stevie Nicks shirt I ever owned (obtained when I was 19) tonight (and it fit)! I am officially at my goal weight of 165! Bye everyone!

Ricky

"We" interrupt this self-imposed hiatus to bring you the following...

WELCOME BITCHES!

Ricky Martin has become a father (through a surrogate, of course). I have to say, as soon as the news broke this afternoon, "Kev" received no less than 7 emails, 3 text messages and 1 phone call about the topic. (I was just kidding when I proclaimed him as my husband... Really, I do not know him.) Anyhoo, since I read People.com non-stop and receive text messages directly from Perez Hilton (with "up to the minute" Hollywood gossip), I was already pondering the news. The news finally confirmed for some of my gal pals that Ricky is in fact... ggggay! (I told you he winked at me when I saw him in concert last year - I am not even making that shiz up - it's true. Conversely, Justin Timberlake rebuffed me/called security on my ass just because I shouted "I love you/I want you Justin" repeatedly throughout his set). Okay, I'm making that up.

Are the Olympics over? I have to say, I don't think Michael Phelps is "hot." Yes, I know, he won a lot of metals, 8 I think, but he looks (and sounds) slightly retarded to me.

What else, what else? My big unveiling party is THIS Saturday. You know, "we'll" be unveiling the larger than life photo of Stevie Nicks (which fell off the wall already). Anyway, it's back up, looking good and "we're" ready to show it to the world (or at least the 30 people who were invited).

Okay, I am tired. It's late. I am going back on hiatus now. You have a good week, would ya?

Ciao -

Goodbye To You

WELCOME BACK everyone!

I hope THIS post finds YOU doing well.

Well my friends, you may have sensed lately that "our" hearts just aren't into the "Corner" lately. It's very difficult coming up with things to share with YOU each and every day. Instead of calling it quits, however, "we" are going to simply take a break. Maybe "we'll" be gone for a day, perhaps a week or a month. Clearly, "we" don't know. "We'll" come back when "we" feel like it, I suppose.

So YOU take care, enjoy the rest of your week, summer, etc..., etc... and "we'll" be back, well, when "we" feel like it.

Much love to you -

"Kev"

Please enjoy the picture above (I wanted to leave a nice image here for a while) and please enjoy this video (the song is playing in my head...).

Josh, Jake And Most Jasons

What's up EVERYONE? "We" hope YOU are having a GR-EAT week! Not too much happening here at the "Corner" ("we're" sorta taking a summer break).

The photo above is of my former personal trainer, Josh. He's super pretty, right? I have a theory about Jakes, Joshs and most Jasons... They are usually HOT. (The only exception to this is Josh Groban.)

Okay, I have nothing else for you tonight. I hope YOU have a GR-EAT Thursday.

Much love -

Chace Crawford

Hey EVERYONE! It's MONDAY! "We've" been away for awhile but "we" have been thinking of YOU.

I have to admit - I am getting hooked on "Gossip Girl," the show about gorgeous, scheming, backstabbing high schoolers. Mostly, here's why...

Cute, right?

Okay, "Kev" has to make like a tree and split. Have a GREAT Tuesday (bitches).

Hugs, love, etc...

The Worthington Arrived!

What's up bitches? It's THURSDAY (night)!

Well, the "Worthington" has arrived here at Metropolis and is now proudly on display in my "crib." For those of you who have not read the previous posts about the "Worthington," it is "Kev's" larger than life, one of a kind photo of Stevie Nicks, taken by famed rock star photographer Herbert Worthington! The picture looks GREAT and I wish you all (except you - I don't know you) could see it. THANKS Zane for your expert craftsmanship and keen eye this evening. For those of you on the invite list (most of Atlanta), "we'll" see YOU at the official unveiling later this month! Who knows... Herbert may even attend the soiree.

Okay, what else is going on in the world (who cares, really - I am still thinking about my photo of Stevie Nicks!).

TODAY is the birthday of actor David Duchovny (X-Files) and actress Charlize Theron. HAPPY BIRTHDAY BITCHES! On this day back in 1888, Jack the Ripper committed his first murder in London's East End. (That's hot.)

Everyone ready for the summer Olympics? Opening ceremonies begin TOMORROW at 7:30 p.m. ET (check your local listings bitches - I could be wrong).

Okay, I'm tired. You gotta leave now. Go. Get out. (But watch this video first.)

Love -

Brooke Hogan (Is Icky)

Today is Monday, August 4th! Welcome back EVERYONE!

If YOU run into Presidential hopeful Senator Barack Obama today, slap his ass (just ignore those secret service agents) and shout HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Barack turns 47 TODAY! Today is also the 16th birthday of twin actors Cole and Dylan Sprouse. You remember them, right? Cole played Ben Geller, son of Ross, on "Friends." If you see them, however, DON'T slap their asses (they're underage). (Those two were really cute little kids but now, not so much.)

Has everyone seen the pictures of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's twins? (I forgot their names already because they aren't normal names anyway.) It's CRAZY that People Magazine paid $14 MILLION for the pictures. I don't get it - seems like that money could be used for something useful? Although I think I read the proceeds would be donated to something. Anyways, they look like every other newborn I have ever seen.

Okay, I have wanted to mention this for a couple of weeks now... Brooke Hogan, daughter of ex-Wrestler Hulk Hogan, now has a reality show on VH1 called "Brooke Knows Best." It sucks. A real embarrassment to the family if you ask me. The show should be called, "Brooke Knows Shit." I have, unfortunately, seen the show twice (it's been on in the gym in my building and I, as you know, hang out there now). While I don't listen to the dialogue (I keep the volume off), the show seems to be about Brooke, her not-so-gay sidekick/roommate, and her father who seems to have no life outside of following Brooke around. Last night's episode had them paired off in teams (Brooke and her "not-so-gay" and Hulk and one of his aging, out of shape wrestling friends) running around a life sized maze somewhere in Miami. Of course, the Hulk and his friend made their way out of the maze about 20 minutes before befuddled Brooke who looked disappointed because she did not "win." They should have locked her up with her brother if you ask me. Why does this girl have a television show? She isn't even cute. Crazy. Crazy and nuts.

Okay, I gotta make like a prom dress and leave.

Until tomorrow -

SUNday

Mornin' bitches! It's SUNday! Welcome back.

"We" hope YOU had a GR-EAT Saturday doing whatever it was you did.

I realize some of you may be getting tired of my weight loss updates (if so, skip this paragraph) BUT I have now lost a total of 35 pounds! Gone are the days of losing my breath WHILST tying my shoes! This week I donated all of my fat clothes (i.e., 34" waist) to the Goodwill. That was f-u-n. I went to a get together last night (wearing size 31 jeans and a tank top - it was a "white-trash" themed party - I had to play the part) and saw some friends I haven't seen since I started losing weight. Let me tell you... it's a ton of fun when people notice the change! (Although, one person did not believe that I did this all through diet/exercise and took me aside to ask how I really lost all the weight, suggesting, like some Olympic hopeful or NBA all-star that I have been taking something to, you know, aid me in this process. I told him, "Girl! I did this without a trainer, without a gym membership, without without Weight Watchers, no "Jenny" or Jared and CERTAINLY without drugs..." (It's true.) I have found that losing weight is really a numbers game. Burn more than you consume and you will lose weight. For me, it's more about the food than the exercise although I still indulge in a slice of cake every now and then. Anyhoo, I am now 5 pounds away from my "ideal" weight (then the REAL work begins - keeping it off). Two of my neighbors have joined me in this effort. We walk at least 5 miles EVERY day. One has lost 10 pounds and the other 15!

Okay, here are some facts about the sun... (because "we" have nothing else to share today).

The Sun is the most prominent feature in our solar system. It is the largest object and contains approximately 98% of the total solar system mass. One hundred and nine Earths would be required to fit across the Sun's disk, and its interior could hold over 1.3 million Earths. The Sun's outer visible layer is called the photosphere and has a temperature of 6,000°C (11,000°F). This layer has a mottled appearance due to the turbulent eruptions of energy at the surface.

Solar energy is created deep within the core of the Sun. It is here that the temperature (15,000,000° C; 27,000,000° F) and pressure (340 billion times Earth's air pressure at sea level) is so intense that nuclear reactions take place. This reaction causes four protons or hydrogen nuclei to fuse together to form one alpha particle or helium nucleus. The alpha particle is about .7 percent less massive than the four protons. The difference in mass is expelled as energy and is carried to the surface of the Sun, through a process known as convection, where it is released as light and heat. Energy generated in the Sun's core takes a million years to reach its surface. Every second 700 million tons of hydrogen are converted into helium ashes. In the process 5 million tons of pure energy is released; therefore, as time goes on the Sun is becoming lighter.

The chromosphere is above the photosphere. Solar energy passes through this region on its way out from the center of the Sun. Faculae and flares arise in the chromosphere. Faculae are bright luminous hydrogen clouds which form above regions where sunspots are about to form. Flares are bright filaments of hot gas emerging from sunspot regions. Sunspots are dark depressions on the photosphere with a typical temperature of 4,000°C (7,000°F).

The corona is the outer part of the Sun's atmosphere. It is in this region that prominences appears. Prominences are immense clouds of glowing gas that erupt from the upper chromosphere. The outer region of the corona stretches far into space and consists of particles traveling slowly away from the Sun. The corona can only be seen during total solar eclipses.

The Sun appears to have been active for 4.6 billion years and has enough fuel to go on for another five billion years or so. At the end of its life, the Sun will start to fuse helium into heavier elements and begin to swell up, ultimately growing so large that it will swallow the Earth. After a billion years as a red giant, it will suddenly collapse into a white dwarf -- the final end product of a star like ours. It may take a trillion years to cool off completely.

That's it! Have a GR-EAT day!

Friday's HOT Guy...

It's FRIDAY you dirty bastards! (I'm crackin' myself up here.) How are YOU? Great. Swell. Wonderful. FABULOUS. Fantastic! (You get the idea.)

Today is the 1st day of the rest of your life (as well as the 1st day of August).

You know, "we" are STILL getting visitors to the blog searching for information about blephoritis (unsightly swelling of the eye lid) which is why I now hate to mention the stye that has currently set up camp in my left eye. It's a painful mother-father and I wish it would go away. Anyhoo, I am not an M.D., so if you have found this post searching for information regarding blephoritis or styes, we're sorry. Try WebMD.

Today's HOT Guy is super cute actor Neil Patrick Harris. He is truly one of my favorites. As some of you know, I dream in celebrity (nothing dirty - honest) and Neil Patrick visits every once in awhile. He is as pleasant in my dreams as I bet he is in real life. I love "How I Met Your Mother" and think Neil Patrick makes the show. "We" hope you will enjoy these pictures of Neil Patrick.

So what is EVERYONE up to this weekend? "We" would like to say "GOOD LUCK" "WAY TO GO" "DO GOOD," etc... to our friend David who is running the San Francisco marathon THIS Sunday. David has been training for months and "we" are certain he will do well.

Okay, I have things to do (I am VERY busy) so I will bid you adieu for today.

Be good -

Love,

"Kev"

How 'bout some videos?

I had this 45 when I was young and still enjoy this song. I have to admit - I thought they were singing about s'mores. They're not.

I used to sing this song long before Sinead O'Connor did. I still know every word... (It also played in my head as I walked the streets of London (hint) AND when I visited an all night cafe at a quarter past 11... Spooky! It's dark. It's sad. I loved it.)

Finally, this song, also from my childhood, also torments me. Hate it. As a matter of fact, don't even watch this. I think these songs are why we embraced disco.
